Token Creation on Tokenix
Introduction
Tokenix provides a user-friendly interface for creating tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our token creation feature allows users to easily mint new tokens with customizable parameters, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced developers.
Accessing the Token Creator
To start creating your token, visit https://app.tokenix.finance/ and connect your Solana wallet.
Token Creation Process
Step 1: Configure Token Parameters
Token Name: Enter a name for your token (maximum 30 characters).
Token Symbol: Choose a unique symbol for your token (maximum 10 characters).
Decimals: Set the number of decimal places for your token.
Supply: Determine the total supply of tokens to be minted.
Step 2: Add Token Metadata
Logo: Upload an image file to serve as your token's logo.
Description: Provide a brief description of your token and its purpose.
Tags: (Optional) Add relevant tags to categorize your token.
Step 3: Set Token Properties
Immutable: Choose whether your token's metadata should be immutable.
Revoke Mint Authority: Decide if you want to revoke the ability to mint more tokens in the future (Fee: 0.1 SOL).
Revoke Freeze Authority: Opt to revoke the ability to freeze token accounts (Fee: 0.1 SOL).
Step 4: Review and Create
Review all entered information.
Confirm the service fee of 0.1 SOL.
Click "Create Token" to mint your new token on the Solana blockchain.
Additional Features
Update Metadata: After creation, you can update your token's metadata if needed.
Burn Token: Reduce the total supply of your token by burning a specified amount.
Mint Token: Increase the total supply by minting additional tokens (if mint authority is not revoked).
Revoke Freeze: Remove the ability to freeze token accounts after creation (if not done during initial setup).
Network Options
Tokenix supports both Mainnet and Devnet. Ensure you're on the correct network before creating your token.
Fees
Token Creation Service Fee: 0.1 SOL
Revoking Mint Authority: 0.1 SOL
Revoking Freeze Authority: 0.1 SOL
Current Status
The Token Creation feature is currently in a demo/basic stage. We're continuously working to enhance and expand its capabilities.
